El Cosquillastador

Wrestling is sexy. It's even more sexy with flashy costumes. Back in 2007 I created "El Cosquillastador", a Lucha Libre wrestler who employed tickling as a way to defeat his opponents. Of course, his name is a combination of the Spanish "cosquillas" for tickle and "conquistador" for conqueror: one who conquers through tickling. I wound up drawing him in a second piece a few years later! Hope you enjoy this flashback match.

Don't Drop It!

Sometimes a tickling drawing is born out of just finding a piece of interesting reference. I found a photo of a guy in this position and thought, "I wonder how long he could hold that weight up if his pits were being tickled...?". I changed up the guy's face, made him a little more muscular and took off his sneakers. Gitchy Goo

There are a lot of common tropes in tickling art: the multi-handed tickle machine, disembodied floating hands and, of course, the alien/gelatinous/goo creature that absorbs poor ticklish victims and holds them immobile while it tickles them silly with various appendages. I decided to do naughty and non-naughty versions of this one, for those of you who want your tickling without the peen. I had a lot of fun with this drawing, and I just had to call it "Gitchy Goo".

First Wish

I wound up doing a series of three Aladdin/Genie themed pieces in the early days of my site, but this was the first one. I’ve always had a thing for Arab men with mustaches and wide feet and, apparently, so does Aladdin. He uses his “First Wish” to take a little playful revenge on a carpet seller who was once cruel to him. The genie strips off his sandals and strokes his soft soles with a feathered finger. Sometimes the genesis of a piece of tickling art comes from a piece of good reference. I have a folder of pics of laughing faces and I remember this drawing originated from a great shot of a bearish black man laughing his head off. The rest of the illustration just sprung up around that face. This one also uses that popular tickling theme of evil vines that ensnare hapless ticklish people. Angel Slayed

I was a big Buffy fan back in the day, and Boreanaz was the sexiest one on the show for me. I think there were several times he was tied up with his arms over his head throughout the course of the show, which set my imagination on fire.
