Hello! Finally i finished this New York Inspired Street! if you follow me already for a longer time you probably know how much i like to build New York / New York inspired builds. I'm obsessed with the townhouses and penthouses. So here i am back with another new york inspired build. This time a little bit more like a chic neighborhood. hello! i'm so excited to share this build because i absolutly adore the asian style of building. I really tried my best to make it as simuliar as i've seen on the pictures on Pinterest. I've build a Hotel with Restaurant and small apartment above it. You can either use this build as a place for vacation or you can run your own restaurant/hotel. I hope you like it!

Hello! This time i build a Runaway Teens Apartment in San Myshuno with the new stuff from the Basement Treasure Kit and Greenhouse Haven Kit. I think the Basement Treasure Kit has some really nice items for an apartment like this. I really enjoyed decorating this apartment because i made it for my gameplay sim who is really a ''Runaway Teen''. He also is a Streamer so that fits perfect with this apartment. It was so much fun to make this apartment. I hope you like it!

The 2 new Kits have arrived: Greenhouse Haven Kit & Basement Treasures Kit so i decided to build a house inspired by these 2 Kit's. I've build a small house with Greenhouse. Since it brings back memories of The Sims 2 i had to choose for a ''Green'' Greenhouse. I also remember that in The Sims 2 you had one Plantsim Family so with that in my mind i started building. I did a lot of landscaping which was really fun to do. I hope you like it!

Hello! This time i build a Craftsman House in San Sequoia. It's a Base game only + Growing Together 20k Starter. This style of houses is really unusual for me but i really enjoyed building this house. I think it's the perfect starter for a young couple with infant. There is also a questhouse for maybe grandparents or sleepovers.

Hello! I'm obsessed with San Sequoia and the Growing Together pack so here is another build in this world. I build a little townsquare with Restaurant, Playground, Gym and a stage for small performances. It's an Recreation Center Lot which mean there is a lot to do on in this small lot so it's the perfect place to go out with your sims. I hope you like it!

The Growing Together Pack is finally here and i absolutely obsessed with the new world: San Sequoia. I wanna to have a new ''city'' world for so long so i can build townhouses and apartments. Hello! This time i build a Generations Family Home in Evergreen Harbor. It has a bedroom and a bathroom for the grandparents downstairs. I really tried to create the Willow Creek house style in to this house. Hello! This time i rebuild The Ancient Ruins in Windenburg. I never really realized how pretty this place was the lot itself is pretty small so i didn't build something really big. But because it's a ruin it isn't necessary. The idea was to build one little tower that was part of a bigger castle but this is all that left. Hello! This time i build a Modern Mid Century inspired house in Oasis Springs. I don't build that much in Oasis Springs so i wasn't sure what kind of style fit's in this area but i think this Mid Century comes close to the original builds in here. It was pretty hard for me to build the exterior in this specific style but also really fun. The interior is based on a Influencer that could live here. I wen't for a Vintage/Pastel vibe in here which i also think match really good with the exterior....
