Sorry for this not being a update for either of my games, I'll share a sneak-peak image for The Sexy Cosplay Cafe later to make up for it :-). Most of you have probably already seen this notice from other creators, but I figured I'd do my part for the spreading of information and share it as well. Nothing really fancy for this month, just the usual poll. I am going to run it only until the 10th, since I'm putting it out on the first (whereas sometimes it doesn't come out until the 3rd or 4th if the last month was a story update). Eros Acadmey v2.05 (Public) Release!

Alright, it's time for the first new public release since the patron model changeover. This release contains the patron exclusive releases for the past three months, totally 55 renders and adding the following content:

Eros Academy 2.07(Beta)

Alright! This month's update is not only done...but it's also the biggest monthly update since the switch over, coming in at a full 30 renders. The reasons for that are twofold.

1) I didn't have to make very many pose alterations, despite the number of renders. I was able to use a lot of standard poses(or poses I'd previous saved), including a few that came with one of the new assets.

2) For some reason the Renders went noticeably faster than usual. I'm not sure if this was a result of o...

Just a quick update. I've finished the renders (All 21 of them!) for the new scenario that will be the main content for the month's Eros Academy patron update. Okay...So...Another tie for the $5+ poll this month. Mira (Maid Cosplay Uniform)

So...this is actually a punishment costume for Mira, for reasons that aren't obvious until you know her story. An no, it's not because she has an aversion to maids... I also happen to think it's one of my better coloring/shading attempts so far, despite the relative boringness of the pose (which...is also story related). I mostly had this one wrapped up yesterday, took a little time to finish the shading on it between bouts of hammering away at The Elven Maid writing. Aside from the fact that I'm still utterly hopeless at drawing feet, I'm quite happy with how this one turned out. The MC's torso is...not accurate to the character. But drawing from that perspective, it's currently the best I can do. I had to spent quite a bit of time to get this POV to look right, even with a decent reference.

Reward Archive Updated(The Elven Maid Part 1)

Alright! So, first...for the $5+ people. I did get passed the writer's block I was having with the new Elven Maid content. With a little luck, I think I'll be done with the draft sometime tonight. However, I always need to wait at least 12 hours or so between draft and edit in order to catch errors that my brain would otherwise skip over (since I know what it's supposed to say, right after writing it). Nothing super awesome or exciting about this one, really. It was something and needed doing...and a bit frustrating as I ended up not being able to find a cafe exterior design I liked. As such, this is wholly from my own imaginings, aside from the references I used for the two silhouettes. I'm reasonably happy with this for now. The Café is supposed to be a little run down when you first get there, but not terribly so. Hence, the slight oddities with the paint are intentional, hopefull...

Ugh. This one only took me a day and a half, but it fought me every step of the way. In large part, that's because I couldn't find a good reference image of this type of pose, not one that had Mira's body type at least. That kinda surprised and frustrated me. MC Cosplay (Superhero)

Well...I think this version of the MC came out much better than his casual version -_-. I was a bit hesitant to go with the super hero theme, given that the default cosplay outfit for one of the girls (Rikka) is a super heroine theme. But, after wracking my tired mind for a while, I just couldn't come up with a better fit for the MC in the early game. This costume will play well with the way I want his personality to feel in early content, and thus I stuck with it despite the overlap.

Sooooo... as you can see, this is is pretty simple. Which is why I originally thought I might be able to do the whole thing in a day. Unfortunately, I crashed pretty hard on Sunday, having kinda run myself into the ground by trying to do too much. The net result is that this took 2-days, Sunday and Monday. I'm going to be honest here, if it weren't for the time problems I'm having, I'm not 100% sure I'd keep this one. Oh, it's fundamentally sound, but it constituted another first. Specifically, this is the first time I used the technique (whose-name-I-don't-remember) that involves warping body parts a bit to show both depth and the focus of the viewer. Peeping on Mira 1 (Dressing Room)

So, I've made the decision between Mira and Serena for the first girl to focus on. I ultimately decided on Mira as, frankly, she's kinda my favorite so far and I think she has the best story of the first 4 girls. Add in that Serena is actually harder to draw (because of her lonnnnggg hair) and Mira won my mental tug-a-war. 

But that's for the overall focus. For this specific piece..I'm actually pretty darn happy with it. I'm pretty much never 100% happy with Mira's hair, because I haven't...

Update + Rough Art

So, I've been kinda taking stock of things over the last couple of days. Plus, of course, working on a new piece of art. I've mentioned before that my particular method of drawing doesn't normally result if cool-looking roughs, but this one was a rare exception. So, the image above is a rare look at a work in progress from me, specifically the first of two images intended to be used for a 'peeping on Mira' event in the cafe's dressing/locker room.
