Collars are so in this year

Something I've had nagging on my brain for a couple of days and I've been really riding on this wave of creativity to fall in love with drawing again and so this was a result of one of those moments.
I'm honestly tempted to make this a small project of mine when I have some free time as I've always loved the idea of self-insert in the pokemon world, but this one with a bit of a twist. uwu
