For a show that's supposedly deemed controversial and hated by some, I was honestly surprised how modest, relatively light-hearted and fun this premiere episode felt to me. While Rudeus clearly doesn't shy away from sharing all of his vibrant thoughts, I would by no means rule out yet that he may have his heart in the right place.

The kind of episode that you'd only see in Vinland Saga. I'd almost say this felt like a tribute to life itself, with Gardar reflecting on some of his best and worst moments, wishing he'd have done certain things differently. At least we saw him reunited with his son in heaven.

Steins;Gate Movie Reaction "Load Region of Déjà Vu" Part 2/2
The end of an era. I love how the movie didn't feel the need to introduce some last minute organization or other unexpected obstacle, but instead stuck to the core of the characters we've all come to love. Makise Kurisu trying to preserve Okarin's memory through imitating Hououin Kyouma, and then going back to Okarin and Mayuri's most important scene are moments I'm never going to forget.

So many fascinating revelations in this episode! I absolutely love how Egon is slowly learning the truth as we retroactively get to witness all the clues that had always been there right in front of him. Meanwhile, Noah somehow seems to be connected to Charlotte, while we learn Agnes is his sister. It's looking more and more like everybody in this cast is somehow connected to each other.

I'm surprised how quickly The Glory is starting to deal with its loose ends now that we're approaching the end of the season. It looks like Dong-eun will be able to have her mom taken care off now that she recorded her putting her own apartment on fire, and Myeong-Oh's body being found is surely about to put both Yeon-Jin as well as Mr. Shin in real trouble.
