Home Alone
It's time to pay the homage to one and only, the X-mas movie to rule them all. Time to get lost in NYC. Which movie do you like the most? First, or second?

The festive season is in full throttle now and I had several ideas I wanted to make until the end of the year. Most of them I have already written down somewhere and they kind of bounce off my previous works. I have spoken about the advantage of producing high volume of work before, so I'll just briefly mention, that it allows you to curate your existing work and build up ...
It's that time of the year, so I'm diving back into some isometric room design with winter and X-mas themed coffee shop. What do you think?

I always love it when a new TV show lands and takes the internet by the storm. It means mostly two things. First, it's probably fairly good and worth to watch. And second, it's getting the attention, so there is an opportunity to showcase your style and craft to a larger audience than usual.
And this one took me by surprise, I haven't seen any trailers or news surro...
I have a soft spot for Tim Burton aesthetic and seeing his adaptation of Addams family, or Wednesday in particular, was a real treat. And this particular scene really stood out for me. Have you watched the show? What's your favorite scene?

I was a huge fan of VR ever since the first Oculus announcement. There are some who argue VR has no future, but if you really look at the progress the technology made in recent years, it went from gimmicky nausea-inducing experiment to fully usable tool and gaming platform. And I think we're in for more treats along the way.

I was playing around with a mixed reality ideas and mashed up some Pokemon game with Star Trek holodeck environment. What do you think? :)

After a few detailed and textured works, I was in a mood for something more stylized and illustrative again. Something colorful and cute. I had two options here. Go for a stylized game asset illustration, like a building or some icon, or to build something with larger scope and concept. Having very little time available, of course I went for more difficult direction :D

Another one from the illustration mashup series. This time exploring a history of PC gaming and trying to include the most iconic and genre defining titles. Can you recognize them all?

I made around 250+ unique scenes over the past three years and every week it's a new start. Blank sheet of paper and empty Blender 3d scene. It's not always easy to come up with something new on the spot, but it's great creative training. I wrote about this before and I use several help techniques to get fresh ideas or keep myself motivated. This way, whenever I get a new ...
I was going over some of my older works and decided it's time for some reworks. Not because I don't like them, or want to make them better. Just different. Different style, approach and techniques. This one is one of my most popular from three years ago. What do you think?

Harry Potter is a tradition at this point in our family. Every year with the autumn time, we re-run the whole collection, preferably while building new HP Lego set as well :) So it only makes sense for me to grab some of this excitement and take it with me to work. One week less to think about a new and original idea, right?
This one was supposed to be the third dio...
It's time to get cozy, prepare for winter with some HP themed illustration and take care of those Mandrakes in Herbology class. Which one should be next?

Well it's almost Halloween and the spooky month theme comes to a close. I was thinking about what to do last. We went through some haunted houses, possessed horse carriages and vampires. All pretty much classic horror tropes, that are at this point rather entertaining than scary. I'm pretty sure those stories were scary once upon a time, but our minds get used to these kin...
I'm sure we all love all the Halloween tropes during the October, but there is also a time for a serious horror. If you think Alien is not a serious horror, imagine being a 10 year old watching it on black and white TV 30 years ago. Because that's how I remember it :) What is your "serious" horror movie?

As the spooky month comes slowly to a close, I wanted to create a more classic piece and pick a theme that's transcending the horror genre. And dating since 19th century, what classic horror story is bigger than Dracula?
Today, vampires in their original depiction might come off as a gimmick, not able to scare even a little kid. But imagine yourself on the bri...
Spooky October theme continues with a cozy vampire lair in a forgotten eastern castle. Do you think vampires stories can still be scary?

After flying Beetle, I wanted to do another short animation and with the Halloween behind the corner, the choice fell on a small harrowing story. Careful what you order using your phone 👻
