I may have cursed a doctor's office

Today was the first day this week that I was able to keep a plate down.

The pain in my stomach has gone away, and everything else is just trying swing back into place.

I've lost 14 lbs since my first doctor's appointment last month.

And today I was scheduled to see the Gastroenterologist to figure out what was wrong with me... but based on my insurance the earliest they would be able to look me over would be December 4th.

I have gastritis. Couldn't keep down food so I was on an IV. Now we're waiting for my prescriptions to. Be filled so I can go back home.

We're Close

I have been awake since 11AM yesterday. I powered through the night, through the morning and now its 3PM and im still not done, but im soo close, but I need sleep.

Big thing is coming

It is 5AM and I'm maybe halfway done with this sudden big project. It's coming along very well but I've set myself up for a situation where I'll need to either draw like heck or miss this month's deadline

So I'm resting my hand and going to sleep. But know with these binary layers I've already drawn more on the past 2 days than I've done in the past 2 months. I've really unlocked a new super move and you'll get to see it either today or tomorrow.

Change in Workflow

Inking just became a lot easier. I'm working on a pretty hefty sequence now, thanks to the experiments I've been doing with the Dr. Spiral comic.

See, as an artist, I've infamously drawn at low resolutions because I never needed to go any higher. That's changed significantly over time and so right now I'm drawing on a 12000 by 4000 for canvas for the full strip at 600 dpi

But the catch is, its all done on binary layers. These are pretty simple to understand, there...

On Friday, September 8 I was put into a very stressful situation by my father. These things can't be helped, so my nerves were shot going into Saturday and my vape pen wasn't helping any.

Knowing that I was shell shocked, my cousin graciously invited me to a party the next afternoon. Where against my better judgement, I actually partook in some junk food we bought from the gas station.

I've been sick

If you still don't know. I got very bad food poisoning on Saturday and have been sick for days. But I wasn't going to write out all the gross details.

I'm really sad about it because it was choice to make art or spend time with a cousin. I chose the latter and wound up like this.
