I wanted to do a "Kabedon" post for awhile now. Echo playing the shy girl and Widowmaker the confident one was just perfect!
The rendering on this one was easier to get to 6k. No clothing simulation props. Funnily enough adding blush to Echo's cheeks was the annoying thing of the day. Still easy compared to the optimization of yesterday's post though. I am still gonna do something with Echo's hologram Ultimate, just trying to figur...

Camera is selected and is the orange lines lines protruding from Echo's face. The set is more fleshed out but I had to remove alot of the background so that I could meet the memory requirements. Anything that could be seen left in the shot. Anything that effected lighting/shadows/reflections were left in as well.
In the 2nd set of images you can see Echo posed in a awkward stance. All I needed for this shot was her hand so I didn't bother with the rest of the body. Also the face is like...

After a passion filled dance on the stage, Widowmaker needs to let off some steam with who ever she sees next!

I'm trying out a new technique called Hair cards. Since D.Va has long hair and the Hair physics isn't working for me. I opted for hair cards. Essentially its long strands of flat planes with a hair texture painted on. Since it isn't particles, I can assign the hair cards to a rig. Even though it took a long time to build now, I can save time in the future. Everytime I do a D.Va post, No more simulating just posing!
