First and foremost, I wish we could do away with the tipping construct as a general requirement; I don't think it should be built into certain service industries as a way for employers to avoid paying their staff a decent wage, and there are a lot of studies and articles on the various imbalances/discriminations the entire practice creates.

I was away on vacation last week. I was supposed to get home Saturday, with enough time to draw a wallpaper before the end of the month, but winter storm Kenan had other ideas. We've had two flights canceled, and we've been sort of stranded here since waiting for the next available flight, which is tomorrow.
As tomorrow is February, it means I will miss delivering January's wallpaper reward. I will do something to make it up for February though, some sort of double offering, I don't kn...
Art Enthusiast Wallpaper for December 2021
Back in 2004, when Spider-man 2 came out, I drew a poster of Ethan and Lucas as Spidey and Doc Ock. Given that now, 17 years later, Spidey and that same Doc Ock are once again relevant, I thought it would be fun to revisit that artwork for this month's wallpaper project.
It's always kind of fun and bizarre to redraw old things and get to compare them side by side.
