I finished it a bit sooner than I expected. As I wrote previously, you don't have to start a new game if you're not interested in small details. For example, I totally changed sex scene with Imani, now it's a sex scene with Alexis (if mc lactates, you already know Alexis; if not, she's Imani's roommate). It includes not only a big piece of new content, but I changed and tweaked almost every dialog, added new kinks, pics, vids. So you can call it a new game. I also tweaked some variables to make the story more logical.
