Taking Dynamight Zine Piece

I'm really excited to finally be able to share this piece I did for Taking Dynamight.

Zine pieces are always a little weird to me, because so much time passes before I can share them and by then sometimes I look back at them and all I can see is mistakes or things I don't like. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, because it also makes me see I have improved and grown in my art.

So I'm going with Mercenary!Bk, because I could not get a Deathstroke Bk out of my mind. It's the black and orange, it's just meant to be and you cannot convince me otherwise.

Villain Deku

For anyone interested in the villain!Dk comic, this is how I imagine him. He's either quirkless or it's a quirkless!AU (I'm still deciding haha), but he uses tech instead to make it look like he has a quirk.

He's still an Allmight fanboy as well as his apprentice, but I imagine it's an Allmight who was failed by society after he messed up or after he lost a crucial fight. So he took Deku under his wing to become his successor.

I read a tweet and I had a thought... Which is how most of my thought process works tbh.

So I couldn't stop thinking about this and well, I had to draw it, so here it is! I was debating on doing more with the original pose sketches I did, but for now I'll leave it at this, maybe I'll get back to them and make them less crappy haha

When Katsuki's away on a mission and Deku's heat hits, they have to improvise. At least he has his alpha's voice to help ease him through it. Their phone bill's going to be through the roof...

(I wanted to do some little variants for this, so that is why there's like 3 different versions as well as one with text >.<)

Happy late valentines!

This piece was a struggle for some reason. I couldn't get the pose down at all. But I pushed through and in the end I'm happy with how it turned out, I loved rendering the gold
