Reward Clarification

Hello, My lovelies. This is just a quick post to clarify a few things since people are confused. If you did not make your pledge before September 1st, you do NOT get rewards in September, you get them in October when your pledge goes through. There's only one Patron who is getting a Polaroid reward this month because he signed up earlier than the 1st.  However, I will be making fan signs for all my Patrons this month. So hang tight, more is coming soon!

Arcanine Sneak Peek

I'm trying to get Arcanine done by tonight so I can take it to Granite Con tomorrow! I've been painting the stripes on my suit while wearing it. My suit is stuffed with napkins so I don't get too stained haha

Sneak peek alert!

I'll be using this all gold outfit to create some fresh, creative art for a shoot this week! Maybe I'll add some wings, maybe some heels, who knows? Of course shot with my camera and not my phone. Haha. I'll be making this month's Polaroids based around this cool design idea.

Borderlands Zer0 WIP Helmet, Armor and some Sword Photos

We used Thermo Plastics (Mostly sintra, with a little worbla for detail), chicken wire, EVA foam, craft foam, stretch pvc spandex for the shirts,buckles, a giant vacuum and expandable foam. We modified some pants, gloves and nerf guns. Total time, Like two and a half months.

Making a Bunny Suit WIP

I used Yaya Hans McCall pattern, satin, polyester and a zipper. :)

I learned that I should have either put boning in the waist, or elastic around the top to hold it up better. Lesson learned.

Piranha Plant Painting Progress

I streamed the building process of this prop, so here's some updates. I tried covering the clay with bondo to firm it up, but it wasn't working well, so i sanded it off and just started painting it. When I take this prop somewhere, I'm going to have to carry it around so it doesn't get broken as the vines are pretty fragile. I'm thinking about making a new one out of thermo plastics and selling this one just for decorational purposes.

Black Widow Belt WIP and Completion

I made the belt completely from scratch. No belt, no clasps to close it by. I used some $1 wooden discs from the craft store, E6000 glue, acrylic paint, velcro and the same kind of strapping used for rock climbing harnesses. Total time: Only a couple hours f building time, a couple extra hours for allowing the paint to dry properly.

Punk Peach Album

I streamed while editing these and I think in the future I'll start recording streams where I edit these so you can all just kinda skim through and see how I go about it. Everyone seemed to love it. I lost my Bowser right before this shoot so he's not in it, but my home made bomb-omb is! I'll be doing a stream where I make a Piranha plant in a pot to carry around for future shoots, as well. SO MANY IDEAS, SO LITTLE TIME.

Big News!

With your help, I have been able to get a design made for me to use for selling T-shirts! KobraKawaii has taken my idea to a whole new level of awesomeness and I'm so excited to get one of these printed for myself. If people are excited about it, and I end up making money off of selling these shirts, I'll be adding "getting a t-shirt" to my list of rewards for you guys! I'm so excited to keep doing new things. (:

Booker and Elizabeth Updates

Jasper has been hard at work on a shotgun for Booker. I just finished putting a choker together and finished sewing the harness pieces. The black parts of the gun are Sintra, the butt of the gun is wood. I decided to look into bird cages so I can carry around a song bird in a cage. I'll be ordering and painting up the cage soon. Booker Dewitt and Elizabath

My friend Jasper and I are working on a duo cosplay for YourMiniCon in January! We were working on doing two Zero outfits from borderlands but we had too much work to do and too little time, so we bought a costume for Elizabeth and were modifying thrift shop clothes for Booker. Since Jasper doesn't sew, I'm doing most of that work. We started hemming the jacket and took the sleeves off yesterday. I am making the gun holster harness thing out of bonded leather. Sneak Peek of Saturdays Shoots!

I did all kinds of photos with Ruben Lyteheart, but he has them all on his camera. However, I brought mine and made him take a few quick photos for you guys! Hello! Lot's of News- good and bad.

First off, I'm sorry for the incredibly inactive month of October. As I'm sure you've seen, I've been to 5 conventions in the last 5 weeks, so I haven't spent much time at home to craft or really be on the computer.
