You see, it turns out this diminutive race uses the "giants" from the surface as beasts of burden. But to help them stay managable and productive, their masters strap them into elaborate rigs to ensure they adopt their new roles.
Manoa is put to hard physical work ploughing the mushroom fields. She was reluctant at first, but with some regular encouragement this mare is behaving much more obediently. At this rate, she'll be more than paying for herself in no time!
