Okay, while I'm waiting for Ashley to render in mental ray (almost done @ 12min/frame) I just started testing Vray on my models.
Sooo... 24 hours later, I can show you this picture. While I'm still not happy with the result, Vray offers a great new potential for a very fast workflow and probably faster renders!!!
So Mental Ray will be used for my recent works but slowly the new render will take it's place (they want to kill Mental Ray for the next year, so this transition is a must)

Thanks to your help and support, now I've added one more Dual XEON E5-2687W v2 node to my render farm, so +32 threads @ 3.6GHz!!!
The result is that I can produce higher quality images and animations in less time!

So this will be a loooong night... I hope to save the important stuff (presets, prerendered frames, sounds, music, graphics, old works, 3D models and scenes...) 650GB of material...

Janelle is starting her own video blog - she found that "Hydraulic Press" channels are very popular and decided to do the same... as she doesn't own a hydraulic press, she will use something better - her mouth!
