One of the very oldest sketch pages of them all, these are just a bunch of rough character and enemy concepts. This was also at a point where many of the "patients" were just going to be completely plain, realistic organs.....but with googly eyes. As in, they would actually have plastic googly eyes on them in-universe for no explained reason. Cool Brain doesn't wear sunglasses on his eyes, that would make it too hard to walk on them. I had ideas early on for a monster based on that staff of life logo or whatever you call it. Maybe it'll show up, but I don't have any solid plans for it. The "living" door we've already encountered was almost also the exit door. In the top left we have the uterus monster I already showed tumblr at some point

I turn my back for a day or two and there's bunches of you! As promised, here's some early sketches! First up, some of the first near-final doodles of the protagonist. She was almost way more haggard looking, had all her toes, a nose and ears, I considered freckles, and I also thought it might be interesting if she had an IV stuck to her that couldn't be removed without her dying.
