We're working on a fancy new promo image! We've definitely needed an image that shows off the aging element of the game. I think it's looking awfully nice so far. There will be some tweaks to how big/tall some of the figures are, but overall this is a good representation of the concept. Also, each of the three sections will be during a different time of day~

Feel free to vote based on what name sounds most interesting or by length. The longer an event is the longer it'll take for the next update to get released, but the next update will have more content. A shorter event will be released sooner, but the update will be quicker to finish.

Since we're making progress on Step 2, I figured it'd be nice to start sharing the new looks for the returning characters. We're starting with the parents; Jamie's two moms and Cove's dad. I included screenshots from Step 1 for comparison. For a bunch of grown-ups, they sure look nice!
We're making lots of progress on the first steps into adolescences! The start of Step 2 will be coming soon. There's an opening narration that goes over what's happened/what's changed. So many interesting things occur. Nothing is really the same after you leave your charming childhood behind. But there's certainly good things ahead~

(Sorry for the low gif quality, it definitely looks clearer and less laaggy in game)
We went ahead and spruced up the Our Life build with various little animation effects. The characters now blink, the sun shines, inside rooms there are small dust particles floating around, there are fireflies for special night scenes, and we have a flower transitional effect.

By one vote XOXO Reunion was the winner! Like the first time around we can't offer any promises of voice acting, since we're not sure the VAs will be available. And if new script content wins it will be a while before we get around to writing any of it, since XOBD needs to be finished before we can really start writing anything for XOR.

I wanted to let you guys all know that I've been pretty sick the past few days and haven't gotten much better. Things are gonna be real slow around here and on our other social media pages for probably another week, maybe more. I am still intending to follow through on the big Patreon rewards for this month (polls, betas, and such), but there won't be as many previews and stuff posted 'cause so much of my time right now is just spent sleeping, aha.
