Sorry it's been a slow week this week.

My course of antibiotics finishes tomorrow. After that I'll be able to sit back at my desk and work normally.

News - Health Issue Update #3

Hi.

Sorry, I didn't want to make any more posts about my leg, but I need to give you an update as this is going to affect things for this week.

The leg hadn't improved at all so I went to see my doctor again on Wednesday. Latest diagnosis is cellulitis and the treatment is a week long course of antibiotics. However, I'm supposed to keep the leg elevated and immobile as much as possible during this time.

I visited the hospital this morning to have my leg scanned again and they gave me the all clear. No blood clots.

Still no diagnosis, but as it now doesn't appear to be anything serious you'll be pleased to hear that I won't be making any more posts about it.

News - Health Issue Update #1

Hi.

Firstly, thank you for the messages and kind wishes. I really appreciate them and am extremely grateful to you.

I've just returned from having my leg scanned and, unfortunately, it was inconclusive. Top of the leg is clear of clots but too much fluid in the lower leg for the ultrasound, apparently.

The plan now is to stop taking the drugs they gave me to treat the clot and allow any clot that might be present to grow further up the leg(!). Then go for a repeat scan next ...

News - Health Issue

Hi.

I'm sorry, but there isn't going to be any progress updates this week. Things are on hold for a couple of days while I deal with a health issue.

I went to see my doctor yesterday because my leg is swollen, and she sent me straight to hospital with a suspected blood clot. I have to go back on Wednesday for a scan to confirm.

I'll give you an update when I know more.

New $20 Tier

People have requested that I create a higher tier and I have finally gotten round to doing it.

Currently, the rewards are:

Monthly poll to choose one of the previous $10 pinups.
From the winning pinup I will create a set of six new 4k renders.

Unused images.
These will mainly be rejected pinup ideas, experiments, and clothing tests. I'll try to add some notes to the images if I can think of anything interesting to say about them.

The general consensus was:
- animations are worth adding
- they have to be good, else don't bother
- don't add them if they will significantly slow down develop...

Patreon Tier Changes

I have updated the Patreon tier descriptions to reflect the changes I announced yesterday and to correct the $10 tier, which was outdated.

$1 tier
- Removed mention of release dates from the news feed because I will no longer be setting them. I will instead provide advanced notice of release once it is near completion.

$10 tier
- Removed mention of "explicit image previews" (due to current lack of explicit content!) and replaced it with "Wee...

Changes to Release Dates and Development Updates

After missing my last release date I said that I would no longer set a date for future releases. I'm still aiming to release new updates on roughly the same schedule, every 8 weeks, but they will now be released when they are ready.

I'll post a weekly development update for $5+ patrons to let you know what I've been doing and how things are progressing.

Hi. Just some small items of news.

I will be switching my Patreon account to charge up front before the end of the month.
This shouldn't affect existing patrons unless you decide to switch to a higher tier in the future. If you do then you will have to pay the difference in price immediately.

Adding Animations to Hillside

We are very close to hitting our big funding goal which means that I need to start thinking about adding animations to Hillside. 

Before I decide exactly what I'm going to do I'd like to hear your thoughts about animations in visual novels and what you would like to see in Hillside.

Do animations add anything? Are they worth the extended development time? Do you like looped animations of robotic sex?
