The air is hot and wet. The ground is by turns muddy and full of sand that drags at your ankles. Steam rises off the jungle in the early morning, carrying the sweet smell of Orchids and Waterlilies. You’ve marched for days, but finally reached the bank of the Great River. The shadowed canopy of trees opens up and you can see the sky, but also the churning waters before you; dark and deep and as full of danger as the jungle at your back.

Far beneath the roaring waves, hidden in a circle of coral, the Merfolk meet in council. Faction leaders debate trade, and justice, and diplomacy with the “world above”. Each representative has a podium made of interior shell chitin. The table is made of pearl. Around the council massive stone towers with gardens of coral rise in spirals, protecting the sunken chamber from wild currents.

In the center of twisting coral labyrinth sits a massive red shell, that oozes with a malevolent aura. Here it is! The Lair of the Rock Spider. A huge mess of webs obscuring a deep hole in the ground leading to the spider's burrow!

Here's the newest map in the Bone Lands series! A strange altar made of spines, ringed with old bones and skeletons, and surrounded by dark water. Might be where the local Lich holds their magic rituals.

Whoo hoo! Dinosaur map! Are you excited? I’m excited.
Hot winds blow over sandy rock, and ripple the waters of a nearby oasis. A market of tents stretches out in a labyrinth of stalls selling pottery and spices, weapons, charms, silks and rugs. Above it all two massive statues of Long Necks, carved right out of the rock, stand watch over the little haven, and guard the path beyond.

The Bone Lands collection continues with Skull Chasm!
