As I expand The Garlands I alluded to the idea that there were probably fantasy/garlands equivalents to my characters from other serials including the Ragged Edges.

It was around the same time I was just beginning to flesh out the Nowl (beast person) culture within the Garlands. 

I reasoned that in the Garlands, Raege would be literally half silver fox and Boone would be a spoiled runaway elf.

Jorn Tauloppo

Just as her name was derived from badly subtitled anime, I was gonna say that Jorn's design is essentially just me  cramming a bunch of stuff I find hot into one character.

But then, that basically describes 97% of characters IN Trust a Goblin. So it's redundant.

Like a few TaG characters, she's only been drawn in black and white before this but, unlike them, I didn't have colours in mind the whole time.

While waiting for my own quest to get responses I would browse others and somehow I found the world of GALA : A robots tale fascinating. It was almost making me think of Earthbound or something.

A lot of intrigue in it but maybe that's just me. I wanna know more about the world. I can't explain it.

Clootie gotta clamber

Sometimes the more I want something to turn out the more I over think it. Clootie is my favourite, but I feel like the other ones turned out better. Who knows?

Honestly, I'm still getting the hang of drawing a lot of my goblins in colour. It's fun figuring out the different shades of green, the location and amount of speckles and the size and shape of the ears.

When I inevitably make a dating game about these goblins, the trick will be getting Clootie to take time off even though ...
