This was my first time kick boxing in 9 months! So I’m slow and rusty. Feel free to laugh at me haha also training for a half marathon now as I decided training for the 10km was too fun so we did a little bit of strength training in the end that’s specifically good for running. Do we want a new tier for a book club (Mads asmr inspired) OR an advice tier and you can ask all things sex education (not sensual content at all but education on questions), relationships, and exercise and life etc!
