More Animation Experiments

Here's some attempts at an ALTERNATE animation method because doing everything in frame-by-frame animation would be insane and I'm sure you guys would like to play this game before humanity expires.

NOTES: That idle animation is probably too aggressive in movement for an idle animation and yeah the running animation could use a lot of work and the guitar has no strings or buttons or any detail but yeah you get the idea haha.

New Book Project Sneak Peak

Hey guys I figured it was fitting that today I would share with you a sneak peek about a story themed around THE END OF THE WORLD.

The story will centre around the four horsemen of the apocalypse. This is a rough sketch of one of the pages where they're actually carrying out their job. Which is interesting cause most of the book they are NOT. They get sidetracked to say the least. THEY GO TO A PARTY AND GET TOTALLY WASTED.

Interesting fact about comic #368: The original scan (attached above) actually dates back to 13th August 2013! It was a planned sequel to the WHAP comic as you can see by the hairstyle similarity. Hello!! Boy was this a cool month to be in on the Patreon party. September saw some big hitters for sure, especially the post-it note one. But my personal favourite part of this month's batch is the abundance of MUSCULAR SKELETON ACTION.

As promised here is some more RPG concept art. This time the focus is on much more interesting aspects of the game: characters, monsters and SICK PIPE ORGANS.

The preview pic shows a bunch of people that have a major TRIANGLE THEME, it sure was fun designing them with that gimmick in mind. They are very pointy so don't get too close when you're checking out the attachments.

Did a couple of bonus friday updates last month so there's quite a lot in this one! Including some tasty DELETED SCENES.

The last panel to the April Fools comic was changed at the very last minute. The first one had a lot of fun visual gags but overall I feared it was just a BIG MESS of trying too hard to be clever. Which is a shame cause I had a lot of fun designing the text on that last t-shirt.

Someday I will probably draw what I visualise when I type out "behind the bulge", and it will not be pretty.

BUT YES, here is the latest dev fun. This was an interesting month because it was the month where I changed to ALL-DIGITAL. The God Prank comic (331) being the last comic to be drawn on paper and scanned in. You'll notice that the process images have changed as a result. (331's scan image has so many mistakes oh man.)
