I was requested to draw Nikki from Swapnote, as a mermaid.
I am somewhat familiar with Nikki from the now defunct 3DS app. She's normally drawn in Chibi, so it was somewhat a good challenge to translate that character to my style a bit.
Colored this sketch because her design was so simple.

I was requested to draw Valentine's OC, Morgiana.
Much like the Kathalia character, I tried to draw Morgiana as close to that design style as possible. Reference was a little cartoony, but I wanted to try to make her appear more middle eastern.

While DuckTales is my favorite of the modern Disney cartoons, I greatly enjoy watching The Owl House. I find it charming and fun, plus always good to see some more Latino leads in mainstream animation. Luz is so cute!
And King, the skull headed demon, is my favorite! He's so crazy, yet adorable when he acts tough! XD

After watching the Anime on Netflix I was so charmed by the lead character I had to draw her in my style.
Little trivia, in the Anime her eyes look more relaxed in that Studio Trigger art style, but there was a close-up glimpse of her eye in the intro that was drawn a bit more realistically. And so I wanted to base my take on that and try to emulate her Japanese origin.
BNA is nearly out of my system, but I have one more itch I wanna tackle before moving on... ;)
Anyhoo, ...
I'm working on a special character, but can't decide on which outfit works best with her outgoing and spunky personality.
If you guys have any feedback on which is best, choice of colors, etc. I'm all ears.
I may change her natural colors like hair or tail. Still in early stages here.

I originally intended to review this show when the first season dropped a while ago, but other events got in the way. So I have no idea what this character is like or what her age is. That helps when drawing faces in my style for me.

I was going to put additional blue tones for the sketch, but drawing all those fists took longer than wanted.

I was requested to draw Clover from Totally Spies transforming into a mermaid.
Patron asked if colored to make her bathing suit red, but realized if fully sketch colored she'd look to similar to the earlier MerMay sketch of Adora as a Mermaid, so I made Clover's tail pink.

As I have worked on official Futurama projects before, I never drew Leela in my own style. The challenge was that eye, trying to make cycloptic eye to make anatomical sense even remotely... lotta rule-breaking. ^^;

This year's MerMay sketch stream was hosted on YouTube and requests were brought in through Super Chats.

A drawing I wanted to make after seeing someone's mermaid character, Nikoleta. I love their design so much I wanted to draw Niko hanging out with Feminine, the mermaid commonly seen as the Tiny Mermaid on top of my head.
I got permission from the owner of the character, Nikoleta, and I may draw more of her hanging out with Fem in the future.

The first Merman of the MerMay line up.... and probably the only one based off what folks normally ask. LOL

I was requested to draw their OC, Fuuko, holding close with my OC, the tiny mermaid (in her canon form), Feminine.
To clear who may not be familiar with Feminine and why she's called that. She is like the personified version of my optimistic/feminine side of my personality, as well as representing my interest in Mermaids. Sorta like Inside Out, but made before the film came out.

The reference has quite a design, but the swimming bra thing had an overlay pattern I believe European inspired but was a bit too detailed to sketch for something like this so I abridged it. If I were ever to line it, I'd put in that detail.

I was requested to draw the Last Unicorn, not as human, but a mermaid with a narwhal like horn and tail.
Looking up references for this character, she looks so sad in almost every picture. She must have seen her Tax Returns. :\
Simple request and pose I think is tasteful enough for Patreon, I think... I hope.^^;
I'm trying not to against my word of saying I will not color all sketches, but this was simple enough I figured, why not?!

I was requested to simply draw Adora (from the She-Ra reboot) as a mermaid with a tail similar to Ariel from Disney's The Little Mermaid.
Now I took this much further, because I actually had the idea where Adora used her sword to become She-Ra, but play-on-words she turned into a Mermaid instead. Mermista is not happy Adora is stealing her thunder.

Feminine (commonly seen as the Tiny Mermaid on my head) shown in her canon form getting some surprise kisses from a couple of clownfish. She is VERY surprised!!!
Now I have no idea if clownfish even do this and I'm sure they don't get that big, but whatever! It's a fantasy pic, and their color clashes well against Fem's blue tail.

Pretty straight forward, though I don't know why but feathered characters intimidate me to draw. Must be trying to figure out their anatomy when drawing fresh, plus character had a lot of detail in his outfit I had to simplify.
