PH_PHIBL_PresetLoad v1.2.1

This plugin loads your selected PHIBL settings in the main game for you.

You're now able to save/load presets in the studio by using the hotkeys.

RightCTRL+S

RightCTRL+L

Hopefully on the next update, I'll add an UI where you can pick different presets for the game and studio.

Optimize character collision helpers by making them update only once per frame (~15-25 FPS boost)

No longer modify system.xml with extra girls

To fix a save for usage without this plugin:

Set girls count to default (4), restart.
Open settings menu (to fix system.xml),
Load in the game and save (to fix WorldData).
You can now remove the plugin or share the save with others who don't have it.
