So Zeke will be the vendor that helps the player change the look of his character... for money! I like all his arms. Like how practical would it be to have four arms? You could cook, hold the remote and pleasure yourself all at once!

My first planned arthropod for VaG, yay!
He's function will be for the player to customize how their character sprite looks during combat. It would be awful if it required creating a new character for every time I added some new hairstyle, skintone, etc. So this is why we have Zeke! :D
I'm also currently working on more customization options. I'm thinking about focusing on the female sprites for this month, and then the boys can have March :) This may change though

The functionality has been implemented! I've tried to make it as dynamic as possible code-wise, so it'll be easier to implement new color variations in the future.
So far I've only done it with the female Ursine, simply to test the functionality. Now it comes down to making individual sprite maps for other races + their genders, and getting them implemented in the code. I've already got them drawn so it shouldn't be a hassle.
It's a bit hard make out how the face changes in the Gif...

Had myself a bit of downtime after celebrating new years eve, which I mainly spend drawing and swearing never to touch alcohol again. The main way I tend to start the year~ ohoho!
The humans sprites are in now, which only leaves me with the Tcharn. So I'm gonna get on with drawing some bird-peeps now.

At the start of the month I got assigned to be part of a new development team, and we've been juggling with the start-up process. It's taken so much of my time I haven't been able to reach the milestone I set for the game for this month, and as such I've decided to refund you all for December.

Happy holidays everyone! Hope you're doing great.
I was hoping to have all races done as a surprise, but as December tends to be, there's been a lot to do both workwise and family wise.
The sprites have been made so clothing, hair and facial expressions can be changed, so we're soon looking at a real option to customize your character. Yay!
Still need to do Human and Tcharn sprites, but till then: have a good one :)

Time to once again show what all that lovely support from all of you goes to. This time I've bought this really cool line assist tool for photoshop, a really nice help for my artwork to seem less ragged and messy.
I had fun with the 30 day free trial they had, and I can only recommend it to aspiring artists out there who's looking to make their lines more crisp!

"Out of the moonlight shadow stepped what looked like a man, but his skin was the color of the night itself..."
So something "dark" won the poll for the new race, and yeah, I've always liked the concept of dark elves. The name is a mixture of "Druchii" from Warhammer's dark elves and the "Falmari" from Tolkien's Lord of the rings.
I imagine their starting stats will lean more towards Intelligence and charisma rather than strenght and stamina. Till next time!

A little bit of hit sway to get the motions going ;)
Her "lil' sis" is missing from the image. This is due to the reason she'll be involved in a quest called "Lost lamb".
I've also done the animation portrait for Uthgarr, and will upload it soon.
Currently, the guy I've commissioned for some new smut scenes has gotten eerily quiet. Untill I hear word back I'm doing smaller additions, like a new Tuxedo item for people that hasn't invested in charisma.
Hopefully he'll give word soon.
