OKAY SO the switch up in animation this episode was intentional and honestly i didn't hate it at ALL I actually quite enjoyed the more artistic flare to it BUT I also didn't expect it either so keeping up with the cuts while also keeping up with what was happening in the episode itself required a bit more focus. The direction of this episode was very creative and I really liked all the symbolism and metaphors they used and how the emotions were conveyed.
