Quick question about Loki!

So, I'm planning on jumping straight into Loki season 2 right after the first one but I've heard from a few people that I need to watch a specific Ant-Man movie first. As I'm not planning on jumping back into MCU movies until after X-Men stuff, that's not going to be for quite a while - probs the end of the year (ish). Having said all that, others have said the Ant-Man movie doesn't really matter.

Any thoughts?
