Changes to Kinks of the Month Polls for Fairer and More Varied Results
As you know, the Kinks of the Month (KotM) polls have been a thing for quite a while now and are now directly responsible for deciding the focus of 2 out of 3 updates every month, i.e. 66% of the game's content. They have largely worked quite well, but there is definitely an issue with the same ~8 kinks taking turns to win again and again. Also, despite the extra vote given to $3+ patrons, from past results, this hasn't actually been a single month where this actually changed any of the top 2...

This is the fourth of the five updates making up the v4.0 Variety and Polish Overhaul and the second update focusing on Clothes in the overhaul. It's very similar to what was done in Beta 3, just even more in quantity.

Thanks to all your generous support, the $1000 milestone for the LifePlay has just been reached. This means that from next month onwards, the update schedule will switch from one update every 2 weeks (i.e. just slightly more than 2 updates each month) to 3 updates each month. In yearly term, this is an increase from 26 updates a year to 36 updates a year.
