If the patrons who didn't respond and remained in $5 tier and $10 tier went through the pledge process in early August, I assume that they didn't check the guide message. So I plan to refund their pledge and withhold the reward delivery to them. Then, I'd like to give them an additional guide.

I'll unpublish $1 tier, $5 tier, and $10 tier within this week. Then, new subscriptions for them are not possible, but existing patrons are maintained. I will send messages to existing patrons for the change guidance of pledge...
