In what is totally unusual behaviour for a fox, an apple was stolen at the rescue today. Mikayla quickly caught the fuzzy-toed culprit....

We’ve had another few inches of snow fall at the rescue overnight and this morning. Whilst us humans may not be thrilled, I know two foxes in particular who love this time of year - Foxx and Lumi! This was them this morning:

- Friday night saw Mikayla mugged by Vixie and Finnegan. The Wiley thieves made off with a bag of mini cucumbers.
- Malachi’s took his first venture outside since arriving at the rescue and made friends with Finnegan
- We found out the front door of the house had broken when Vixie and Finnegan broke in and let out the baby foxes

Did you know that Mink have two settings - literally on and off. This is off. Chichi is deaf, so we will cut her some slack, but when in off mode your mink is unlikely to wake for anything - even food!
