Chewy and Chase have been adopted! The two puppies we rescued from the fur farm have their forever homes!
Chewy went to a rescue that specializes in Aussie's. She's a good friend of Robyn's at Fox Tales in Florida, so we knew Chewy would be in good hands. It was hard to say bye to Chewy. Fawzi really liked him.
Chase was adopted locally! He went to a retired farm home. So his new parents can be with him ALL the time. They had previously had Aussie experience ...

Patreon has not allowed me to post a photo these past two days. Idk why 😭 so hopefully that won't be a issue for me much longer.
It has been a heck of a last few weeks. Everyone was sick with COVID. Ethan and I could barley do a darn thing for two weeks so we are mega behind on many very important things. I had a fever for over a week and that did a number on my brain and ...
This weekend, whilst delivering Kai to his new home, we were able to go and visit Savannah at her new home. I am not ashamed to say that I was so happy to see her, that I cried like a baby. I hadn’t seen her since she left in 2020. She was happy to see me too, and of course, I had to make sure I got some lovey pics to share with our patreon family!

After a rough start, Seffy red fox and Nikita grey fox are friends! I managed to catch this moment with Sef grooming her and it was so wonderful to watch!
It is very uncommon for reds and greys to be friends - our only previous red-grey friendship was between Muttias and Batty.
I cannot believe I am writing this….in honesty I am relying solely on autocorrect because I can hardly see through my tears.
We lost Lyra on Monday. Out of the blue. She was fine until Sunday morning when she began seizing. I rushed her to the emergency vet and she stabilised for a while, but the seizures started again early Monday and she was just too poorly.
There are just some foxes that speak to you in a way others don’t, and, Lyra is one of those for me. I fell head ov...

Believe it or not, these two are the last lives saved, just a week ago. They had been left at the fur farm, by someone the farmer knew, because they were at risk from one of the residents in their original home and the person that loved them didn’t know what else to do. We won’t judge - they did the best they could, terrified for the lives of their puppies.
But, there was no way that Mikayla was leaving the fur farm without them - they were actually in a fur farm cage.
Delilah is our 7th fur farm pup rescue from this weekend; she was by far the most underweight and frightened and we were concerned about her being picked on by the other pups, so she is being fostered by one of our great volunteers!
She’s eating like a champ and slowly coming out of her shell and beginning to thrive :)
We have two more little lives to introduce you to, that we also saved this weekend.
We‘ll keep you all posted on everyone’s progress!

..…..and by dust, I mean gets adopted! Please join me in congratulating our sweet pole cat hybrid - affectionately called Tool cat - now named Obiwan on his adoption! He’s staying in the family, our part time animal care taker, Sarah, fell for him hard; and he for her too and we’re all so happy to see him so immediately at ease in his new pad!

Wow can't believe it has already been 10 days since she has arrived. You can tell by this delayed post, we have been busy around here. But you guys are the first media platform we are introducing her too!
Stevie is a 11 month old deaf border collie. She was the outcome of two merle border collies bred together. What is merle? Its a color pattern "The merle gene creates mottled patches of color in a solid or piebald coat, blue or odd-colored eyes, and can affect skin pigment as wel...
And here we introduce you to the first 6 lives we saved.
Each of these pups were in ‘the line up’ and so we took them all. They‘re all a little underweight and they were all filthy when they arrived; but, they’re clean, their bellies are full and we’ve wormed them. They’re all frightened but we’ll work on that, slowly but surely.
Please welcome Debbie Harry, Joan Jett, Ozzy, Ffion, Lyra and Olive to the rescue!

A group we had a couple of weekends ago, who have visited us before, allowed me to share some pictures of their interactions with the foxes.

This wee guy arrived from the fur farm on Wednesday, the runt of the litter and with a genetic abnormality that means he doesn’t have a tail.
We are a little worried that he may have the same chromosomal abnormalities as Mouse and Mini, but unfortunately time will tell.
For now, he is doing really well and learning, slowly, but surely they were friends and we love him.

Two new furfarm rescues arrived yesterday. An adult female and a male pup.
We already had our vet check them out and take stool samples on them. Both came back with no parasites!
The pup does have some underlying issues we don't have answers to yet. He was three times smaller than all his litter mates and he's currently on an eye ointment prescription for his goopy eyes.
More details on these guys later!
