When starting this morph, I created a few different head shapes in order to give my client a selection to hone down what they wanted the result to look like. #1 ended up being the winner (although it was requested she keep her normal smile). They're all worth sharing though, so let me know if you have a favorite! The last one is the original morph with colors.

Played around with a few different faces for Elvira, before settling with her default sly playful smirk. The other faces are an O-face, lost in sensations as she's overcome by all that juicey pressure (or possibly getting penetrated?), and a pouty look as she accepts her swollen fate.
