Hi everyone,

The third test version is done (Link Below). I'll begin working on the fourth test version. Do let me know any feedback you have.

During my tests the save folder has correctly appeared when saving. A missing picture doesn't immediately crash the game, but missing audio files will. I have added all the missing files I came across if you find more let me know.

Some things to note:

Hi everyone, 

People who have the first version of the Test game will get the second version even if you're not a Patron. Having people play the game is important to me. Hi everyone,

Chapter 3 suffers from poor performance where I was using events to decorate maps (with MZ added map layers this is no longer needed), but I have identified the cause originally thought it was event collisions taking place but turns out that MZ has a smaller limit when it comes to the number of events on maps than MV especially bigger maps such as Fairyland. The first sneak peek for October features Gee a maid serving Lady Silver, whose artwork can be seen in future minigames for Lord Silver's mansion and chapter three in the main game at Lord Silver's mansion.

V1.92 End Of Reason Main game Updates October

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your patience. Update on the test version I’m now testing new software to fix the crash on start. The plugin for the missing files was removed because of incompatibility.

While playing the game, I recorded a few missing files and added those to the quick fix folder for my reference. Trimmed the game down to reduce game size.

Hi Everyone,

The plan is to have the first test version up on the 30th.

I am looking over the test version and blocking off known issues if I can’t fix them swiftly so I can upload it on the 30th.

I will update the test version every 3-5 weeks. This will reduce bug reports on known problems, so I can focus my time on chapter 3 and corrections when required.

A screenshot of one enemy in the Room Service minigame. The woman used in the CW4 experiment proved to be a failure, as she did not pass the loyalty protocol. The GHB forces kept CW4 around as cannon fodder and experimentation to create a Leviathan currently being performed on CW1.

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your patience. So much has gone on over the last two weeks I am finally getting a short breather after this update. Sunday will be my day off, so if you contact me, I’ll respond on Monday.

I have converted Chapters 1, 2 and parts of 3. I have also converted most of the mini-games: Failed Experiments, Fairy Land, Goblin Village and A Bad Dream

V1.92 End Of Reason Main game Updates August

Hi guys,

I'm still working on the main game while fixing and improving things I see in Chapter 1 and Chapter 2.

Conversion progress on MZ is almost done. I'm only 2 maps off being on chapter 3 and completing the conversion. I have removed generalised text and replaced/added new text for each playable character. After completing the conversion, I'll then look into the translations for the game while working on chapter 3.

Hi guys,

Thank you all for your patience. Due to the weather and work, this update took a bit longer than planned. I'm still working on the main game while fixing and improving things I see in Chapter 1 and Chapter 2.

Conversion progress on MZ is going very well. I'm very close to completing the conversion. I still have the Tageth Village, Steam Village, and then moving onto Chapter 3 to continue where I left off. I'll then look into the translations for the game.

I hope you are all well. To summarize this update, the game is being converted to RPG Maker MZ.

The main reason for this was a crash that corrupted the data I was working on, combined with me feeling poorly. Understandable I was annoyed, which lead me to revisit RPG Maker MZ.
