Cho very good counterpick right now, not S+ because bad blind imo.
Mage item changes dont rlly matter for most toplaners, some like kennen are happy, rumble is nerfed but also buffed, nerfed on liandry, buffed on bloodletter.
Spellbook on Ornn etc in some matchups is buffed.

Fiddle down a tier, he is worse even in jungle with these changes, in my opinion.
ekko underrated imo, up a tier. protobelt buff is rlly good, lichbane cheaper.

Smolder up a tier, very op some games but lane still bad, just needs playable matchup and its strong atm.
in general draven seems rlly weak right now, mages are buffed too with cheap ludens so playing it vs mages bot even harder now too.

Think about going unflinching when facing ashe, its pretty good IMO, perma resists when fighting her.

Now annie is a proper champ, not OP though IMO. Very good vs melee champs, good vs some range champs where your E has easy value.
Ryze down a tier, nerfs to swifties, symb soles and roa hurt him, hes one of the few champs that wants roa still.
Cho down , symb nerfs hurt, still viable pick but a lot worse imo without the recall thing.

Trundle up a tier, more drake focus less grubs focus is good for trundle, good into some of the meta jglers too (Skarner, Naafiri, Xin , and tanks ofc )
Shen up a tier, champ is just overall a lot better than he used to be cus of good buffs happening, but its not OP in jg.

gwen down a tier, still good as a tank killer option into things like sion.

Shen is rlly strong this patch.
Quinn is mega nerfed now with symb soles change, back to counter pick only imo.
Think about unflinching every game u play toplane with resolve now, good vs certain champions, like gragas for example.
Jayce irelia a bit worse with biscui...

Blitz change is irrelevant, his best build is 3x kindlegem, he shouldnt buy mana, and the dmg change almost never matters, if hook hits enemy either dies or it was a bad hook.
lulu is a strong laner, so actually matters a little little bit, but shes still way stronger than the other enchanters .
i already rate yuumi low, so wont move her further down, no idea why they nerf her.

Tristana nerf hurts a bit but usually u dont make decisions based on 50 dmg.

Ahri down a tier, think champ is just nerfed in general lol, doesnt matter maligannce-/torch or RoA, just worse champ than before.
Tibbers is now just a teddy bear... Annie is mega nerfed IMO, champ deals no dmg realistically, it was easier to deal damage before with just R on ground and tibbers going crazy, now you need to spam q w ( short range, not realistic )...
