Swain bot is buffed aswell as mid but he is not as good bot as he is in mid imo, if u want to play him bot play him vs like kalista kaisa samira type of champions.
Seraphine down a tier, doesntt make sense to play her when hypercarries like jinx is so OP, she does better when adcs are "useless"

Pretty good swain buff tbh, his q is so spammable and important for his lane, up a tier
Im not sold on neeko, i know nemesis is playing it but nemesis does well on anything XD, she will stay a+.
Kayle up a tier, feels alot nicer to play with the R change
Dont think lichbane buffs does anything to the meta.
Mainly this patch is about neeko, swain kayle, but its not easy for kayle to play atm i think, so many bad matchups.

Janna up a tier, good buffs to an already good champ in soloq, good into rakan rell alistar etc.
Leona is for sure not s+ cus of buffs, she is fine, but not op at all.
personally dont think rakan nerfs matter rlly, matchups arent even aggressive enough for the armor to matter, very op champ i think.

pretty massive garen buffs, alrdy stat checked quite a few champs, up a tier.
malphite jayce matchup is exact same, malphite gnar is exact same, malphite kennen is same. Only things like malphite fiora actually change a bit, not enough for malphite to be gone or hurt by this placebo change.
poppy up 2 tiers, great buff because it doesnt rely on her being vs dashes or anything, its just good buff.

Ezreal up a tier, not a bad buff, but not amazing ofc, its just he was barely a+
Kog buffs are quite big, but he is still immobile and very much reliant on his W, however its much easier to lane with new q new e and u aree likeely to get a kill or 2 with ur passive, up 2 tiers.
Cassio bot up a tier, just cus its an op champion atm.
syndra down a tier, dont see why i would pick her over annie veigar cassio etc.

Garen up a tier, good pick vs like qiyana katarina type of mids, you just stat check theem and win eevery level.
not suree how good cosmic drive is yet, its for sure good on cassio, but might be good on orianna too, the changee is worse for LB, but might be quite good on mages like orianna that use cdr rlly well and have low CDs, shes rlly hard to deal with when she starts to spam spells and being high MS.

Nidalee buff is massive for a skilled nidalee player, up a tier ( only pick if good player and good nidalee )

Skarner down a tier, just too bad to be considered same tier as sante
Alistar top gets massive buffs, but it was so bad before buffs that it probably wont matter, if u want to try it, atleast play it vs like jax.
Graves top is buffed since your best mythic is crit and other good items is IE and BT, so crit graves being buffed helps him scale in toplane.

Kalista buffs are really whatever i feel like , ad growth on kalista as a champion doesnt matter really i feel like so this doesnt do anything rlly.
Veigar quite a bit worse, but the other mages arent so good either so i will keep him where he is, but karfus for sure better than him atm
Not bad zeri nerfs but she wont go down a tier, its a solid champ, better in pro play cus her kit and scaling gets more used in controlled enviroment.

Alistar up a tier, his previous buffs was kinda placebo, but these base stat buffs are great since he suffers in early levels.
Annie nerfs are a good start, still way stronger than she used to be before the initial "rework", i will keep her at s+ for now cus i feel like the other range sups are a bit underwhelming.
Thresh nerf is not as small as it seems, having 3 second reduce instead of 2 was massive, and this will hurt him, with that being said tho he isnt bad...
