morgana support is bait pick and only good when blackshield has value still, theres no buffs to her Q and W is irrelevant spell for support, onyl R is good change. Good champ in right games tho like with caitlyn vs hook champ

Milio buffs are fine but this champion, if you blind pick him good luck vs ranged botlanes and teamcomps, you have no value vs those.

Akshan gets nerfed again, but jungle gets nerfed in a way that helps akshan too, if enemy jg has to help his toplaner deal with akshan, it benefits your team even more than before.

Toplane changes the least this patch ,  jungle interacts the least with toplane. Mainly doran items and rune changes impact toplane.

Tanks benefit from this change due to resolve tree not being nerfed

AD junglers sucks
AP junglers op
Tank junglers great.

Main champions to play: Lillia Fiddle Eve Karfus Zac Rammus Ivern Rell Graves Briar.

What made belveth strong is no longer there. Her early skirmishes isnt as strong as they used to be , and to benefit from changes she needs to go crit and max E. Down 2 tiers.

AD Junglers sucks, but briar and graves are the best ones this patch. Up a tier.

In general, tank junglers and ap junglers are better than AD junglers atm, meaning you are more likely to need to play Irelia, Jayce Yone Tristana type of mids.

Added Z tier, since i believe Orianna to be 1 tier above all of the S+ mages

Akshan still good, and you need more ad mids nowadays cus of jg meta

The W out of combat timer change for galio is great in midgame lategame siege situations and objective situations, you can block skills for you carries more often.

Taliyah up a tier, very strong ap jungler right now

Briar added to list, very strong snowball champion but very hard to play, easy to int on this champion.

Lee sin buff is great for his early clear, and being healthy on lee sin is very important, lee sin also has really good items right now

Reksai got a bit oneshotted this patch lol, down a tier almost 2 tiers.

tank nunu is way better than ap nunu, so this dont matter

Lissandra support is buffed, pretty good pick tbh, very good vs rakan, can cancel his W easily with her W:

pyke is placebo buffed

Randuins is more accessable for supports.

Thats the only things that changed this patch for support.

fine jhin buff, but not going to do a whole lot, if u want to play jhin play him lethality with youmoos or eclipse.

Statikk nerf and movespeed nerf is sad for zeri, down a tier. Good champ if you are very good at using her kit to find all in angles and 1v9 teamfight angles, but for average player a shit champion and also kinda slow phased in soloq.

Azir down a tier, pretty big nerf for him considering u max W first so this nerf lasts for long time, also buffs to other mages makes azir worse too as he struggles vs mages more than before now that he maxes W.

Galio buff is nice, especially for soloq where 20 seconds lower CD on a global can easily give u an extra kill or 2

LB will stay where she is, just build her ap, statikk is dead on her now tho, has to be ( surely... clueless) ap leblanc is not bad enough to be...

Even tho gwen change is meant to help her in jungle, i do think it matters a little in her toplane too. Gwen is a champ that wants to scale, getting rewarded for her scaling through hp growth is good, especially with her protobelt build being more and more played, having extra HP is good. Also taking sidelane jungle camps is easier now. I wont put her up a tier, but very very good pick vs tanks, just sucks vs jax renekton etc.

Quite a big nerf to xayah, often xayah is paired with rakan and have an almost unbeatable lvl 1 all in, but this nerf hurts that quite a bit, especially in soloq where matchups swing a bit and 30hp that otherwise shouldnt matter ends up mattering, The E nerf matters alot too, especially in matchups that are hard for xayah ( range matchups ) in these matchups xayah must poke with Q E to win, but now thats nerfed. Down a tier, still a great champion when you need to kiteback and need selfpeel.<...

Jarvan up a tier, Shojin change pushed him to next level. I will say tho, some games youll feel weak because enemy has so many dashes and ways to fight you back, alot of champions can beat jarvan 1v1, and champs like nidalee can abuse u early.
