Eleanor is a good reminder for how I approach character design. I always try to make distinct characters with shapes that are easy to replicate instead of pretty but complex designs that'll take a long time to draw. The appeal should still be there when I design a new girl, but I want her to still be simple to draw. March Devlog - Catgirl Care Roadmap

Welcome once again to another devlog!

I haven't been the most productive regarding gamedev this month. Most of what I've worked on has been improvements to my adventure game systems and finalizing initial design goals for Catgirl Care Chibi. Other than that, I've drawn a lot of art.

Since this month is a quieter month, I think now is a good time to dive into what my plans are for Catgirl Care proper and some history on the project.

It's nice to draw Ally again, but I was pretty stumped with how she would react if given a cute plush of herself. At first I thought it might be fun to do a voodoo doll type scenario but that felt like it might take a few pages to draw out. Maid Katie
