I had a actual accident this morning.

So this morning when I first woke up I noticed I had the urge to mess. I didn’t want to and tried to ignore the feeling. I started getting ready for the day and leave the apartment. I couldn’t hold it anymore… I messed and felt so embarrassed by it.
