Here are some frames from the storyboard/animatic phase of Fan Service 2. As you can see, a lot of this stayed through to the final video. During the animatic process we took stills into Final Cut Pro and moved them around, adding simple movement or text to illustrate what we wanted. Then we exported an animatic, including those notes, and sent it to the animation team.

Vincent drew the original sketch for Ice Cream Day, then it was coloured and brought more in line with the Eddsworld style by Collin. In the final version Edd's eyes are looking forward, and we moved his arm slightly to show he is holding the camera.
