Finished reference for the lovely Ceph! I always get excited at the chance to re-draw characters I’ve drawn before and this ref was a lot of fun!! Reference continue to be one of my favorite things to draw, I love ‘em ;o;

I have done SO MANY OF THESE I feel like my wrist is about to fall off, but It’s been really great practice and speed challenging. These portraits are much sketchier than my typical work (done in about an hour/hour+half each), but I love how they look! Been trying out new lighting and shading techniques with these.

I wanted to try out a new style for commissions! They'll be $70 ;w;// I will take a flash slot (completed same day) for this tomorrow, but I'll ping the discord channel (#commission-boltie) when I do!
I realize that with how my prices are currently that my standard icons may be out of budget for a lot of folks so I wanted to offer some cheaper price points for icons! Gumby icons are $60 so this is an inbetween closer to that! ;w;

Testing the waters by offering digital portraits at this con! Not that I don’t love traditional portraits but I am much faster with digital and it’s been kinda nice doing commissions with such a quick turnaround. It’s been a great exercise so I think I’ll probably start taking a couple extra of these types of portraits in the discord during my off weeks! Same day portrait commissions 🤩💓
