Self Tie (attached video)
A while back I experimented with filming a moment with myself and my rope. It was an interesting experience, to be filmed during that time with myself, and letting someone capture such an intimate moment.
Personally, self tying has become a therapeutic process and a grounding and calming mechanism, much like yoga is for some. In reality, the intense breath work that each practice requires are the same. And can provide similar benefits.
