Humpday Roundup!
Tweaked the Raunchy Rumblers set a bit last night: Changed the lighting and got the render time down to 10-15 minutes instead of 35-40, and moved the fighters' corners next to each other the way you see some fight companies do in their videos.

Boxing Chess!?!?!?!
(I don't plan on doing anything with this, but someone in a chatroom planted the idea in my head and I had to do something to get it out of there so I could work on other things.)
Instead of Chessboxing, I guess you could call this Boxing Chess:
2 teams of six boxers, composed of a Pawn, a Knight, a Bishop, a Rook, a Queen, and a King. The lightest boxer on each team must be the Pawn, and the heaviest must be the Queen. Kings take turns picking boxers on their team to "attack" box...

One last piece...
The redheaded figure ended up not agreeing with my computer, and it got so bad that I actually had to uninstall it totally before I could start rendering again. So, this will likely be the last you see of her. As a bonus, here's what the original images looked like before the "movie magic:"

So, while playing around a bit, I got an idea for a story about two "method" actresses who went maybe a little too far in preparing for their roles as rivals in a boxing movie: The two would have a real match on set at the end of shooting, and some of the images would be "raw footage" of the greenscreen set while others would have all the "special effects" added in. I feel like it would be a Hollywood satire, kind of a cross between Raging Bull and This is Spinal Tap.<...

Starting this month: The B Side
This'll take over for "The Complex" in the $20 tier, since that story has only 1 page left before part 1 wraps up. I was planning to go with the B&W detective story I'd posted some test images on last year in that spot, but elements of this story "unlock" the college foxy boxing team story that I've had in my head for even longer.
