Tuesday Night Roundup

Started testing things for the "Bottom Rung" set, only to realize I should have made the central lowered area 8x8 meters instead of 6x6... Surfaces looked good at least.

Also experimented with designing a figure using some different dials and measurements than I usually do. Kind of the 3D version of a "figure study," if you will.

Sunday Night Roundup!

A few more test images. 

With the new gal, poses like this are helping me figure out which parts of the morph I usually use for muscle flexing to turn off, and which ones to keep.

Also wanted to see how the new lights work with the new ring, and added a basic brick wall to the back to test a sign idea. I think the arena I'm working on will end up being called The Bottom Rung, since it place feels like the bottom of a pit somewhere.

The Swamp Ring

Ropes are a little janky, but I can live with it.

In the bayou...

You have NO idea how long I've wanted an outdoor swamp environment like the one that came out today. I want to build a custom ring for it though.

Boxing Ring 2.0

Started over on the standard ring, and I'm getting a design I'm happier with. Still have some pieces to add, but I exported over what I'd built so far to do some test renders.

It's smaller than a real-world standard ring, 13 feet between the ropes instead of 16-20, and the ropes are about 4-6 inches lower as well. There's also no rope ties that help to prevent a boxer from getting tied up in the ropes or knocked through them; instead, the area between the ropes and the edge of the ring ...
