I'm very pleased to present "the Living Grim Reaper" -- he's Darius the LeoDragon's OC -- or at least, my interpretation of what that character would look like as a human!
Normally, he's an anthropomorphic, part lion, part dragon, part human warrior. In his human version, he's an enslaved gladiator/"entertainer" who has just escaped his captors.

Here's a WIP for page 01. I color held the pencils and pasted the start of the inks over top, to give you a better sense of how the page is progressing.
As I mentioned earlier, the inking style for this story is a lot more loose and... well, let's face it... less ANAL RETENTIVE than my usual inking. LOL! That's what gives it that fun vintage, scratchy feel.

Clearly, VOID couldn't resist sounding BYRON's big, beautiful slab of dark meat! Can't say I blame him!
I opted for a blue background this time, in keeping more in line with the original comic. I like that it feels even more "intense" than the previous two versions! I hope you'll enjoy it too.

Thanks for being so patient, everybody! Without further delay, here's SPACE CADET and VOID revisited and in full color -- although, I'll admit, this one did not turn out at all how I imagined it might! I'm not unhappy with it or anything -- I just envisioned a very different outcome and color scheme! LOL!
That being said, I like the very heavenly golden glow that Void is casting around Byron... it's somehow kinda peaceful, I think.

I'm working on a new image of SPACE CADET encountering VOID as part of the AUGUST 2017 rewards. Here's a sketch WIP! I'm adding a ton of detail to this one in the inking process... It should look pretty sweet when it's all inked up!
Also, once I'm done this one, I'll be using Byron's base art to create a fan art piece of CLOAK from Marvel Comics! Should be lotsa fun!!

Hi, Guys!
A few of you will have seen this illustration before. I created this drawing of Cyclops back in 2014 as a very rare commission ( I never do commissions for the most-part). The client was very specific that Scott should be pierced and posing seductively in his leather chair.
Typically, this character is always written so "straight-laced" and the idea was to depict him in a way that's very contrary to how we know him.
I thought this would make a fun Bonus...
