I was inspired by this image on Hentai Foundry to make something for my "Invasive Vegetation" scene idea, but this is as far as I got. Just playing around with Poser's Lip Sync feature. I was able to find a viseme file for Victoria 4 thankfully, then I just gave it a snippet of audio from the Christmas Krampus video (voice by Oolay).
It seems to work decently well. Good enough that I can only see issues if I'm looking really closely. Ideally we would have more going on here so your focus wouldn't be on the lip sync so much.
