Hi everyone,

Due to events in my life, and some stress involved, I will take things quite slower regarding my TF projects. I haven't been able to do much work for my patreon page since mid-march and probably will not until mid-april. The wolf effect will not be published in time as a result, but rather probably by the end of next month. As a result, the next month will not be billed here.

Update 13/01/25

Hi everyone,

I found a way today to automatically adjust the level of light in an effect based on the real-life level of light (i.e. the 3d ears get darker when the user is in a dark room). This will be a good help to make my effects more seamless and realistic moving forward. I implemented this on my two effects in development (005 and 006) if you want to try it for yourself :)

On another topic, my instagram effects will likely be removed tomorrow due to Meta's change of policy. ...

Effect #004 - Hippopotamus TF

Hi everyone,

I am glad to have a new effect to share! This one was commissioned and it is a hippo TF done as a demi-TF.

This effect works the same way as the previous instagram effects : tap to start, tap again to stop and long press to reset the TF.

This is intended to be a freely available effect, but as Tier 1 - 3 members, you have anticipated access to it 2 weeks prior release.

This effect is a variant of the Pinocchio-inspired donkey TF I posted previously.

In this one, the transformation happens faster and in 2 steps (ears, then snout), closer to the original transformation in the Disney movie.

Effect #003a [v01] - Donkey TF

Hi everyone,

The first full TF effect on Snapchat is finally completed! There was a learning curve to get everything to work on the new platform but at last, it works!

This one is a Pinocchio-inspired donkey TF.

I've called it effect #003a because there will be 3 other variants : demi-TF (no fur), fast TF (similar to the one in Pinocchio) and one that has both. I will post these throughout the week.

While doing some research regarding TF effects with Lens Studio, I've found a way to exaggerate facial expressions within the app, and I'm thinking this could be interesting to make a simple "cartoon expression" effect as its own thing. This effect is completed and soon to be accessible online. This is a free effect, so all paid tiers will have access to it for 2 weeks (anticipated access), before publishing it freely for everyone.

First Snapchat WIP Link : Donkey TF Draft

I uploaded today a first early draft of a future donkey effect on Snapchat, mostly to figure out how their effect publishing system works. It doesnt have much yet and is done mosty for Proof of Concept purposes. I'm planning on making first a Pinocchio-inspired (toon-ish) donkey effect which will be available under the Patreon Tier "TF Connaisseur", and later on a regular (realistic) donkey effect which will be available for free. I've been figuring out how Lens Studio works for Snapchat, and it seems that making filters of higher quality will be possible in the long run. Besides the usual stuff I was doing with the previous platform, making a basic tail filter with some physics is possible for instance. Since Meta is quitting the AR game, all my next content will be posted through Snapchat, and apparently, this is for the better since they have more and better features, even if their dev environment is hard to pick up...

Meta is pulling the plug - New goals for the future

Hello everyone,

I have some unfortunate news to share about my effects,

Meta/Instagram is planning to stop entirely the use of augmented reality effects created by its userbase in Jan 16th, 2025. This decision was sudden and unexpected, and I have been notified of it in late August.

Past this point, all my effects (and everyones effects) will be removed by the platform and be unusable for the forseeable future.

Fortunately, Instagram isn't the only plac...
