First drops of Rain - Progress Report - Thunderfire, Sunwave Hotel and X

Hello everyone!

This post is a long time coming and I'm thankful that you have all been patient with me. March was a blast of a month and now we're nearly halfway into April so it is time to do some housekeeping.

First and foremost, I am happy to report (and show) that we have some of the first images for Project Thunderfire ready. This is just the first of many we've cooked up and it means that we can start building the first scene in the game.

Project ThunderFire - The Warrior

Here is one of the first glimpses we have of the MC after his conversion from 2d to 3d. The artist did a great job finding a cool piece of armor for him and capturing that same sort of youthful warrior I was aiming for.

As you can wee, he's already ready for adventure and I am hopeful that we will see much more of him and the other characters in April.

Small Patch Update and Shark Girls Preview

Sorry to have to write this. I was hoping to have the next post be a Release Post for a bonus Valentine's Day gift to you all. Sadly when I was doing the final check on the new build, I found that our old friend, the pixelation bug was back.

It was mucking up not only the new art in the game, but all of the old content as well. There is a function of just like making the game play as a smaller screen, but that seems like a crime. I am hopeful that the coder can give us a solution.

Hope you're having a good December. Mine's been filled with lots of sneezing and cough drops. Driving to get better and get back on schedule but I wanted to share a little bit of the fantastic art coming to the future updates for Sunwave Hotel.

While the main story of the game is complete, there is still polish to come, especially for everyone favorite mooch, Vynore. Her Mega Scene is about halfway done now and it's going to contain some truly smoldering art.
