Winds of change

Every spring, nature brings us winds of change.

The air: releasing old, dead branches and leaves, shedding the barriers to new growth. The air: distributing seeds, transporting clouds and rains to nurture and water the soil. The air: carrying shifting temperatures, cool awakening chill and warmer gusts of comfort. The air: traditionally associated with the heart chakra, moving from the dense to the subtle, from earthly desire to the unpredictable force of love. The air: unseen, untamabl...

During this workshop, we’ll practice yoga, meditation, intuitive movement, and more. I’ll discuss the meaning of Beltane, ritual idea...

Gathering together for April's full moon in Libra

Hello everyone and happy new moon in Aries! I've been thinking about the next full moon, and I would love to have another in-person gathering or full moon walk. The full moon is exact on April 16 (a Saturday). It might be too early in the season to plan outdoor yoga, but a rail trail walk could work. Sunset will be at 7:30 p.m., and I know that can be a busy time for many people on a Friday or Saturday. We could also do a sunrise walk, which would mean meeting around 5:30-5:45 a.m. The other ...

All is radiating — people, mountains, rivers, and emotions. The clouds and the body are atoms bound by wonder, like the sky uniting the stars.

“The ideal is to find the absolute, right there within the everyday — not wait for fleeting revelations and so-called altered states of consciousness. WON...
