Good morning!
Just a reminder that I'm still "mostly away" until (likely) Thursday. My home office is nicely packed and waiting to be moved to the new place, along with almost everything else. My day started with a few miles of hiking with my happy doggo. Frisbee practice, plus swimming in the river. It is a great way to start the day.
Checking the Diary is set aside for today in favour of hikes and sharing (at least) one session later on. I'm finding a nice balance between SbE, my everyday life career, the joys of moving, and re-entering the socially-distanced socialising. Thankfully the weather is agreeing with lots of picnics in the park.

A short session to set a physical relaxation anchor that can be done discretely in any setting. Anchoring can use many forms - touch, word, or sight.
I prefer to use physical sensations when referring to 'anchors' and words/sights when referring to 'triggers'.
You may find that they're often interchanged in the hypnotherapy world. I believe some of this is to avoid using the word 'trigger' which often has a negative connotation in today's world.

One dear guy is having issues with the Pop! sound. When he sets it as an alarm it basically turns into popcorn --pop pop pop pop pop -- instead of being one subtle pop. I think it's hilarious but it obviously misses the goal of being easily ignored by others!
Did this happen to anyone else? If so, how'd you fix it?
