As we get closer to release, I'll be posting a different pic each day from different scenes to keep you all hyped. All the renders have been done! I still have 3 scenes to code and write the dialogue for, and I'm composing some tunes.
Dev Update.

As I mentioned previously, I had hoped to have the update ready for this weekend. Unfortunately, it's a no go....I don't want to rush it out, there's still work to be done!
So...I'll be locking myself in my room (HQ, Basement, Office?) this weekend to try and push through.
Sometime next week I'll post the release date for the different tiers.
We're nearly there!

Yes. That's Alex! The only thing that's been changed is her skin and eye color. Since she's driving me nuts and she's an integral part of the story, I need to make her look right! So, this is what I'm going to do... I'm going to finish this update and then do a couple of versions of her with new skin. The current skin I'm using is the same skin as Linda from Milfy City. The reason I chose it was, because it's the most realistic skin I've come across, and Alex is supposed to be awkward looking...

Dev Update.
Yes, that bottle is what I'm going to need after getting this update finished!
I've mentioned in the past that a development cycle should be between 6-8 weeks. We're now entering the 7th week since the last update.

Update!
v.0.02 of Primal Instinct is nearly done...95-98%. I just have to go over the code (make sure everything is working fine) and to see if I'm happy with the dialogue as well.
Just under 300 renders in this update and 5 new songs (themes) to help with the overall experience.
If there are no hiccups, rank: General and above will get it tomorrow, Monday at the latest!
The rest of my patrons can expect a release this Wednesday the 13th, with the update being available ...

So it's been 5 weeks since the first release and I'd like to let you all know where I am with the update.
With my current gear and the amount of time I have to invest in the project, I had originally estimated that each development cycle would be between 6-8 weeks.
The original release had around 200 renders and 3 animations. I had planned for this release to be somewhere in that ballpark.

v.0.02 Dev Update #2
I've got about 50% of the rendering done and 40% of the coding written. I also plan to compose 2-3 new musical scores for the background music. I usually do that part last, when I already have the images ready to inspire me.
There have been a couple of scenes that took me forever to do. I wanted to get the lighting right, and I'm pretty happy about how it turned out. With the right music in the background, I think it will tug at a lot of heartstrings. It's my goal to get you emotionally...

The download links for v0.01b have been posted above at the top of the page. They contain a few fixes to the script and unfortunately, your saves from the previous build probably won't work. We're still pretty early in story wise, so I hope you remember your choices and go back to make the necessary saves in preparation for the next release.
