WIP - October Mod

I know it is Spooky Month and i wanted to make something Halloween themed, but i just recently watched the Cyberpunk Edgerunners and i really wanted to do something Cyberpunk-ish, Here's the work i got so far, keep in mind this is work in progress and i might change the entire model, what you folks think? Any suggestion to improve?

Patch 1.1 - Lag Fix for past mods

Hey there folks, as some users have brought to my attention, that there were some mods that was causing a FPS drop when shooting at the enemies in RE3, so here is the patch to fix that issue. I Apologize for taking too long to fix it, any other issues that you may encounter, feel free to report to me.

Downpatching Guide

Warning!

Today both games got an update/patch bringing some new graphical features, like Ray Tracing for example, but this update also does break the Mods for these games, so i recommend you making a backup of the old version before updating, otherwise you wouldn't be able to install the Mods. As for now i have no clue how to make them work in this newest patch, i'm waiting for the other modders who makes the modding tools to update those so i can update my mods aswell.
